Follow this instruction.....*First Click on START> Click RUN> Type regedit> Enter>
*Go to this address “HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop\”
>Select “MenuShowDelay” > Double Click on "Modify"> Type value data"0"> Exit> Restart You Computer.
And Enjoy First Menu Load.
